The maximum length of the treatment is 30 days. If you feel that you do not want to smoke anymore earlier, you should still continue the treatment for 5 more days, like in this case, where the woman did not want to smoke on the second day but continued the treatment for 5 more days, which is 1 week total.
The remedy has been tried by the woman's husband, her relatives and friends and they all quit smoking.
You will quit smoking, too, if you follow the directions very strictly, as this is extremely important.
Preparation:
Take 20 g of dry ground eucalyptus leaves, add 1 L of boiling water and let it sit for 1 hour. Then add 30 g (1 oz) of natural honey to the extract and stir the mix carefullly. Take 1 table spoon of the extract 3 times during that day just to check if you get an allergic reaction to it. If after 3 times you feel ok, you can use this remedy.
Now you can add 10 g of glycerine, stir everything well and keep it in a covered glass jar in your refrigerator.
Shake the jar every time before taking the mix.
1. Draw a diagram that looks like a clock with 24 hours on it. You have to take 2 table spoons of the extract exactly every 4 hours, following your diagram (you can decide what hour you start and mark other hours) Do not miss time. Keep the diagram with you all the time, You will need to get up at night (remember, this is just for a pretty short time).
So, it should look something like this:

2. Additionally, follow these directions:
Days 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 - take 2 table spoons of the extract right before you smoke (before each cigarette)
Days 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 - The same dose (2 table spoons), before and after each cigarette.
Days 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 - Take 2 table spoons of the extract before each cigarette, 2 table spoons during smoking and 2 table spoons of the extract right after you finish smoking a cigarette.
Days 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 - The same dose, before and after each cigarette.
Days 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 - The same dose, only before each cigarette.
Days 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 - the same dose, after each cigarette.
